Tough Adjustment

I saw my new psychiatrist today. I almost had an anxiety attack in the office. She adjusted my meds, gave me an awesome counseling session and encouragement. I am grateful to have help with my mental health. Did you all have trouble adjusting to a new doctor?

Yes I went through the same situation. It's hard to find the right doctor that clickes with you. I had to go through a few doctors till I found the right person. I wish you the best and know that things will get better. Whenever I have an anxiety attack I try to block out every and remember that I have to breath slowly. It helps me.

Thank you so much! My old doctor moved. My new psychiatrist is awesome, though. Extremely nervous at first. But, she is awesome. Adjusted my meds, counseled me, & encouraged me.
