Hi I’m 26 and I suffer from depression and anxiety and trauma. How do you usually shake the feeling of feeling lonely even when you’re not? I guess it really just comes down to feeling like no one understand us who are depressed but good at hiding it.

Snap! I'm also 26! Being lonely and being alone are two different things. I've come to notice that struggling to be in ones own company can cause alot of issues and with the depression, anxiety and trauma added to the mix... it's can be even more difficult. But you are not alone in feeling this way, and as you've put about lack of understanding from those that are good at hiding it can cause that further isolation feeling. I'm learning that alot of patience and understanding/compassion with myself (or more towards myself) helps.

I agree that maybe I’m looking at it the wrong way and that’s something I have to work on is acknowledging the difference between different feelings. But I appreciate your feed back it was helpful!
