i keep having panic attacks this week. I just want to sleep. Thinking about cutting..

Please don't do that please be kind to yourself and take care of yourself okay you deserve the very best I feel a lot like you do but please don't do it I know it's a uphill battle but please take care of yourself and don't hurt yourself okay you're a a strong person for coming here and sharing your story

I have a rudimentary understanding of the urge to cut. But honestly? I don't understand it nearly enough to soapbox about it. let's just say, TRY to not do it. as much as I dislike all the 12 step stuff that some people are into, I HAVE seen a few good ideas in their reading material. a few are, One day at a time. and Just for today, I will not cut..........or drink, or hoard things in my house, or eat too much, or whatever applies. for me, it's drinking. for you, it sounds like "Just For Today, I Will Not Cut" worry about tomorrow tomorrow. as for panic attacks, if yours are like mine, you can't clearly tell the difference between reality or a really weird BAD dream. so, on that note, whatever state of mind you are in, you DID write this and post it too. even if you are in the middle of a major panic attack, you have the presence of mind to post these comments, AND to be assured, it's REAL
