New job and anxiety

I started a new job over 4 months ago and I am not happy with my new employer. My last 2 jobs were for 10 years and 16 years respectively. So I don't change job alot at all. Some of the reasons for the new job dissatisfaction is the inability to be myself. They seem to want to change me and I don't like it. My anxiety has been high and I want to leave.
