Morning anyone on mitazpine please I've come off very old antidepressant as been on it years.just wondering if it's good for anxiety as iam thinking i need to go back on something. Iam afraid of side effects of tablets any advise wud be appreciated thank you x

hi im not depressed but anxiety bad at mo im on propanolol told doc heart pounding he asked questions told him got some life stress at mo various things he said take 2 when need no more than 3 times a day im afraid of meds read side effects then wont take but not many i read with these just relaxes adrenaline he said and helps me relax and sleep ony had 4 2 on saturday night 2 this morn best see your doc 🤗

Thank you I have lots going on too big changes .I know meds not the answere but maybe take edge off the anxiety x

yes i dont like to resort to it but many times ive resorted to alcohol so trying not to hearts lot better im in process of biying house things been strained where i am now and need independance my offer on house was accepted wednesday then next day the house id always dreamed of having came on sale im hoping to view it soon bank holls delayed it all sods law as if its not stressful enough my mam is 84 and worried about her too hope you get sorted like your name 😁🤗🤗

Hi, I have been taking Mirtazapine for about 4/5 years for depression, 15 mg at night - it is a soluble tablet, I put it on my tongue and it dissolves in seconds. It helps me sleep as I have always struggled with insomnia. Make sure you have a half glass of water with it as it can make your mouth feel very dry if you wake up during the night!

Thank you for reply I have heard lots good about it .I need to take the edge of my anxiety I live alone gets bit scarey taking new meds but need something. I have high blood pressure too .hope you are well xx

Been on mirtazapine for months now been decent and helped me. After being on others like amatriptyline. Sertraline and Prozac. Body has adapted well with no side affects but everyone is different

Thank you I see Dr Friday and take it from there .my anxiety goes through the roof then comes back to normal. How can you feel so different on such short time. Take care x
