Seems like it will never end

Next month will be one year I lost my best friend, my lover, my strength, my beam of light. Every time I think I can get thru this, a bump in the road comes instead. I try to be grateful for him being a part of my life but all I can think about is that he's gone & there is no coming back. I will never feel his warm embrace whether my moments are light or dark. I will never feel his tender kisses letting me know he loves me & he here for me. Not every moment was a bed of roses but they were roses. I think about him all the time & wish he was here. It's crazy because he was my first boyfriend in the 8th grade & now he will be my very last love. I miss him soooo much. 😭😭😭
