Start of Panic attacks

Hi

Im sara & first time ive joined this section of HU fot anxiety

Ive been hospitalised fir the 11th time over my oxygen levels dangerously dropping. On friday night/early Saturday morning i started having my first one because my nose was stuffed up im in the hospita assessment unit now & had 2 im having a flare up of my lung diseass/pulmonary hypertension These will be regular unfortunately because if it but the panics is a new one does anyone else have a similar situation

Welcome to the site. It must be frightening to not be able to breathe. I get panicky just thinking about it.

My husband has breathing issues and I watch him when his oxygen levels fall. That’s when he has to use his oxygen.
