As regards loneliness, my daughters (who live up country) tell me to join meet up groups but i never seem to get around to it, plus after 8 years separated i sort of like my own company but i do often get feelings of isolation

My county(I 'm in PA) has a crisis hotline and a peer support line both of which I've used. Didn't have to be in crisis to use the crisis line. The peer support line isn't available 24/7 like the crisis line. This site is great for support when you don't need immediate responses since people are from all over. Also, try NAMI for a support group as well as LiveWell.org. I was on LiveWell for a few months and it was really helpful. Hope you find the support you need! I get really lonely as well. (I'm in my 60's)
