Dr. just adjusted my meds, upped me to 20mg of lexapro and 50mg of seroquel. Hoping to have better sleep with the increase of the seroquel. Just changed from Zoloft to Lexapro and I am hoping the increase of lexapro will help balance out the anxiety and decrease the side effects, I read the increase helps lower side effects as your body adjust to the 20mg dosage. Any thoughts, insights or experiences would be great! One day at a time, stay strong everyone... have a great weekend. 🙏❤️💪

Anyone taking lexapro and seroquel
The Lexapro might start helping a bit close to 20mg, like so many meds its just one of those things that takes titration and patience- something difficult to manage for people with anxiety. I've seen some help with Lexapro, but I hate the emotional blunting I get from it.
I tried Seroquel, I got super high then would pass out for 14 hours. Everyone's different though.
I am taking Seroquel, 75mg/day. It does make me tired but I can still stay awake most of the time. I do think it will help w/ sleep.
Like EndUser13, I get the emotional numbness, but mine is from at least the Seroquel. I'm also on quite a few other meds, but I think it's the Seroquel that causes the numbness. And I hate it, too!
I just started taking Lexapro a few days ago...So far so good. How's it going for you
