Wanting to share....

A poem I just wrote:

how do I care again?

when will the pain end

when will my mind mend?

i 'm trapped in my own thoughts

my head spins constantly

to make the pain stop would be heavenly.

It's a never ending whirlpool of muck

all my thoughts, my past, my worries, my loves

mingled together in a large ball of emptiness and sadness

I find that my peace is with Jesus

The cross is where my mind must go

His blood is where my deep pain flows

The cross- where all my emotions go,

where all my life is held
