Gratefulness

I am grateful for the peace I have had these last three days; three days is incredible for me as I usually have mostly bad days with an occasional good one but there’s been a switch hit and I’m on a new path.

I'm grateful that the results of my MRIs didn't seem to show any sinister changes.

I'm grateful to be alive and to love my cat. 🐱

I'm grateful for poetry (Happy Unhappy Birthday -- at least, for another couple of minutes -- to Edgar Allan Poe).

hello star im so pleased for you lets hope yul continue more good than bad, i loved your positive post last night too you are a inspiration,i wanted to join in but i didnt feel up to it, been involved in drink free site again brough back bad memories of bad stuff times and how i was and made me sad, but it was so good to see your uplifting post last night and again today, which helps🤗im going through a self assesment journey kind of lol of whether i can ever be a normal drinker, sending hugs from me and pixie hope you have a good day stay positive 💛🐆🌟

thanks so much star it all came out on drink free to various people and i do feel better now i suffered PTSD few years back some stuff happend in my house and i sold my house and moved to mams and im free of it i started having flash backs and nightmares again in bed early hours but my memories are out now gone,and no longer hid away in a supressed corner of my mind exersizing a ghost maby lol i dont know, but im having good relaxing night with pixie he sends big hugs to you as always as hes no tree to hug right now 😂😺sweet dreams 🌛🌝💛
