finally knowing why I can’t stop worrying

for the last two months my world has been flipped up side down at least that’s what my heads telling me how do I stop it

Hi Palletize and Welcome to a caring forum.

Knowing what causes our worries and anxieties is a big first step.

Now it's about addressing the issue. Is the situation able to be changed

at this time? Or accepted as it is for now? Not everything in Life is

under our control. This is when Anxiety takes over big time and can cause

us overwhelming anxiety and fear as well as "what if" thoughts.

Can you see a therapist to help guide you to a calmer path? Medication? :) xx

I’m learning to let go of control. That’s one of the issues not being able to control the situations

I understand Palletize. When I find myself in a situation that may bring

up stress and anxiety, I make sure that I give myself some "me time" throughout

the day. For myself, I find that meditation and breathing exercises can help

me attain a more calm demeanor with something I have no control over.

get yourself thinking rationally in good headspace write down the things that brought you to this point and deal with them accordingly most serious issues first.

I actually just sat down and started writing out every event that has brought me here. I wanted to start off with the small things first but maybe tackling the bigger issues head on would be better.
