anxiety today the end of the year

hi I have so much anxiety I have increased lexapro 4 days ago maybe is because of it I feel anxious.. I’m trying to sleep I can’t I don’t appreciate being like this specially for my kid ..

what thing can I do to cope ? Is raining here in California..

Hi Anmu, What time do you take your Lexapro??

I have found that taking my dosage at lunchtime or late morning with

some food allows me to feel good throughout the day. By evening, I am

able to relax and fall asleep. Just a thought xx
