How do you cope in the holiday season?
I find it very difficult since all my family has passed. Major depression.
I actually just embrace the holidays and use my imagination to imagine my family happy.
Hi Myntee, first of why is Xmas now as adult make you feel so sad. I have anxiety depression and stress on a daily basis since I was a child but I have to keep going I can only make my life what I wanted to be I'm not saying everything's easy because it's not but I thank God am here every morning I'm able to wake up and enjoy my family. At times to escape I spend time with my grandkids or make jewelry or watch TV and visit family or friends. Find something you enjoy doing something that makes you happy. And am here if want to chat if you need a friend. Think positive. Take care
