i think i have the flu and i don’t handle being sick very well due to emetophobia and being sick ALWAYS fucks with my mental health and i maybe very overreacting but my mental health has been so bad today. i’ve cried multiple times and have had suicidal thoughts and i just cut myself to see if it helped with the pain and thoughts… and it did and i feel like i just opened another can of issues.

i hate myself.
