Hello everyone on here. Been really struggling lately with my anxiety. I’m on a few meds for my OCD and depression, but lately the anxieties been taking a toll. I’m a divorced dad to a beautiful 11 year old girl that I absolutely adore. But lately I can’t seem to enjoy moments with her due to my excessive worrying, -anxieties. Samson

Take some me time and allow yourself to feel the real you. Allow thoughts but meditate to get you through it.
