Hello, you can start wherever you'd like. .. when I first came here a year ago I didn't know what to do.

So I just rambled about whatever was going on in my head . Place is full of helpful kind people .

My partner doesn't seem to understand how it can affect me physically. How do I get them on board?

If it's anxiety and or depression, you gotta tell them. If that doesn't work try finding some kind of research kind of thing to show them. Because it does affect us physically and some people really don't know that
