Good Sunday Morning

I am watching a beautiful Sunrise on this Sunday morning. My Christmas tree lights are twinkling and despite whatever is going on in my life at this very minute moment I am happy and grateful. I really think living in the moment is the key to a more peaceful existence. There is so much I could be scared and sad about. Instead I feel a great amount of gratitude for the blessings I have in my life. As bad as things might seem, keep the faith and know that things can get better. May you all be blessed with a beautiful peaceful Sunday.

I think you are right. When I’m able to be in the present I feel peace and happiness but I find it difficult to stay in the present. Any tips?

I try to be mindful of what is in my surroundings and to just pay attention to what is happening in the moment. Not to get ahead of myself and not to look back .❤️
