So my eating anxiety has come back...and I feel like all my work towards it have just been nothing and down the drain. Back to barely eating again, but it's better than not at all like in past. I've only ate some potatoes today, but I'm just scared to eat bc I'm afraid of choking again, seen brother choke and it retriggered it ugh 😴
