Hi , not sure if you mean you are having a panick attack right now but I’ll direct my attention to that . If you are slow your thoughts, take deep breaths , and then maybe try to do something you like .
If you can just stop and let the strong energy of the panic wash over and through you it will dissipate and you will feel better. The panic energy can't hurt you it just feels uncomfortable for a while and then it dissolves. i suggest you check out the DARE Anxiety book and youtube videos to learn how to constructively deal with panic and anxiety.
