It took 50 years

Well no holidays for 50 years due to anxiety, depression, phobias etc. Now this is my third in a few years. Still not easy but each time I do it, it gets easier. Sat in Hyde park London this would have been impossible a few years ago. Started of simple a few years ago first holiday for 50 years was a week in Blackpool then I went to Spain for a week, first time flying!! Now I am in London spent 2 weeks here marvelous. If I can you can. Ray.
