l know the feeling, which takes over your mind. I am the same at the moment. I had my Moderna booster jab a week ago. It made me poorly for 24hrs with chills fever and stomach pain. I am still keep getting stomach pain and have started to think very negative, that something terrible is going to happen to me, because of this jab. I am ok until l feel unwell then l have this terrible anxiety and panic feelings. You are not alone. Take care.
Anxiety and heath anxiety don't stop. We just find ways to deal with them. A long process of trial and error. When I don't feel well I have a phrase I repeat over and over in my mind. " A bright HEALING light fills and surrounds me". I know it's not much but maybe it will help a bit. I've also written it down over and over when my mind won't cooperate. Kind of like writing something 100 times in school but not a punishment. Simply a helpful tool. I hope will work for you.

I've had 7 surgeries in 5 1/2 years....4 spine, both shoulders rotator cuffs and gallbladder removed. My last 2 we're gallbladder Aug 17 2021 and 2 level neck fusion April 15 2022. Right now I'm trying to avoid hip surgery with a torn labrum. So im fully aware of what you're going through. I've read recently that health anxiety can be related to OCD which I found interesting. I've had health anxiety on and off but have mild OCD. Both are healed by learning to no longer fear the anxious thoughts and feelings or buy into the OCD thinking trap. You might check out the website and youtube videos of Paige Pradko, she also has a online program for health anxiety available. I also found the DARE Anxiety book and youtube videos very helpful for anxiety/panic.
