After 4 straight days of almost continuous rain, I think that yellow light shining through the windows and reflecting off the walls might be from the Sun.
Maybe it's a dream?.... Nah, can't be because I don't have good dreams. I tend to religiously stick to nightmares, so that's not it.
I think it is my friends, I think it's that hot ball of gas from space that we can't live without. So I'm going to get my ass out of this apartment, go for breakfast and pretend I'm a normal human being. I'll fool them, I'm good at it.
Get sun! I always thought I was a rain person but now I find I need a good balance. Some days I just go outside (in the hot south!) and just sit in the sun for 10-20 minutes. The other day I lay a blanket out on the patio and stayed there for 30 minutes! The sun can do amazing things for you mentally and a super source of vitamin D. Have fun Sunbeam ☀️
Hello there, just wanted to say hi and.. ; I saw myself in everything you wrote… very poetic also, I am also getting really good at pretending to be a normal human for the sake of others mainly my two boys… so.. yeah… go out, enjoy the sun and try to make the best of it… hopefully it will get better for folks like us someday… be safe & well.
