I bet you can handle this for now, but try to find some way to get better roommates. Are there any college websites you can look of off? Or something like Craigs list or roommates.com??? I know you live in a foreign country I don’t know much about.
Thank you so much for the fast reassurance. I'm graduating this year and i'm thinking maybe i should buy the place, try to negotiate it with the owner, start a job so i can take a loan and try to pay the loan for the next years
Be careful with that idea. If you take some kind of loan, you want to be able to pay that loan off!!! You’d want to make sure you have some kind of well paying job to be able to do it. It’s a gamble. Think very carefully about all the pros and cons to doing this. What might be helpful is take a sheet of paper, put this idea on the top of it. Draw a line down the middle of the paper. On one side list all the pros, all the positive things about doing this. On the other side put all the cons, all the negative things that could happen if you pursue this idea, like if you have trouble paying the loan back and bill collectors start calling you, what happens then? Do that and it will give you a clearer picture about how doing this will all play out. Look before you leap.
I’m sorry to hear that. What happened where you got kicked out? You’ve got to find some better people for roommates. There must be some way you could get to know some other students. People who are more serious about their studies and aren’t messing around with partying or drugs and alcohol, not to mention aren’t involved with any creepy guys. Maybe you should talk about this with a college counselor. They might know of something or have some ideas.
