it make my eyes jumpy and kind of blurry
Im sorry your eyes get jumpy. How are you feeling, kiddo? Just remember you are a kind hearted and a wonderful person. I really aopreciate you for the gentle, kind hearted person you are. Hope everything works out for you. I asked my physician about it and he said it does. I was outside a store this morning and someone yelled something when i was out there. I thought it was directed toward Trigger warning i did self hate again. im sorry im carrying on about myself. Wish you the very best, Love, Gg💕💕💕👩
Yes I have had a scan a long time ago and they found they were chronically blocked. Still waiting for an appointment with the ear nose and throat specialist

I'm currently going through the same thing. Waiting to be called by an ear specialist, the things in my nose are swollen they're called turbinates. The ENT also referred me to have a sinus X-ray done
I am using Beconase Nasal Clense, I am going through it and it not that cheap to buy, the GP had me on nasal sprays and as soon as I finished them they could not prescribe any more. The spray is made out of sea water, salt and it is a strange sensation when you blow it into nose and sinus, it clears parts of sinus nose throat and I think the ears as well

I wish it wasn't so expensive but it sounds really good though

Hi, There is this sinus spray at Walmart thats about 6 dollars works good
I haven't used a nasal spray in a while, but are you talking about "Ocean Nasal Rinse"?
I used that years ago, and it seemed to work pretty well.
In the UK we find them in chemists or on the medication sections in supermakets there are other brands in the UK with various other names, that may be different in the USA
They do cost betweem £5-£7.00. look on the cold section as they are used if you catch a cold or sore throat
hi Geinki
I got Covid 2 weeks ago (for the third time) !!! And as a result I have severe sinus infection so currently on antibiotics, it’s really very painful and the headaches are excruciating.
I have one right now and it's really impacting my mental health. It's rough, hold on x
I use to get chronic sinus infections and found that after I started limiting my diet of sugar, wheat and dairy it really helped reduce them. I also had high-functioning anxiety disorder that was putting a lot of stress on my system so I worked to heal the anxiety and reduce the stress.
