Hi there! Yes, morning anxiety affects a lot of us. Changing my morning routine helped significantly. I practice my CBT program in the morning and if I’m able I try to catch about 15 minutes of the morning sun. Remind yourself while the feeling is unpleasant, it isn’t harmful. Breathe. Journal. Hi there!! Ohh lots of things in my “tool belt” lol. Right now I am reading the book Dare, someone on here suggested it. It really is a wonderful help. I am also enrolled in a CBT program. I do talk therapy as well. I journal. Focus on my breath. Walk. Color. I am almost done with my first ever diamond art. Lastly, I’ve been starting and completing projects around my house that I used to tell myself I couldn’t. I’ve been making little exposure therapy goals for myself daily too. I know it sounds like a lot but I decided if I want change than I must do the work. Some days I feel like I’m on top of the world, other days I feel the complete opposite of that. Despite what the day brings, I know I must stay the course. Wishing you well. ❤️
