Has anyone else had symptoms such as Heart rate flunctuating through tout the day such as it being high (for me 140-169) and then going back to normal like in the 80’s to 90’s? I feel like I run out of breath easily doing simple tasks around the house and then get nervous or anxious sitting down … I’ve been prescribed metoprolol for the high heart rate but I know it still goes over 100 even when I do simple things such as walking and can even get like that just laying down… I’ve been to the ER 4 times cause of my heart rate going up that it feels like I’m going to pass out but I eventually calm myself down but heart rate is still more than 100 … I’m only 25 and with all my vitals my doctors says I look fine and my cardiologist says my heart looks fine and actually lowered my dose of metoprolol to half a pill of 25mg ….. I’m just wondering at this point is due to anxiety ??? Cause I had no clue as I’ve never been diagnosed with is and these feelings have been on going for the past 2 weeks. Sorry for the long post and I hope someone reads through the whole thing I just need other opinions I guess

Im 21 ams always have a resting heart rate a little over 100...about 115 or 120. Im not sure why. I had ekg and blood work done, all came back normal. And ill get random pains in my breasts and chest but get told im fine by drs.
