HELP PLEASE ADMIN/TECH SUPPORT.

Since i upgraded my mobile im not getting my daily email or notifications as i used to. What do i need to change this .... anyone's help is much appreciated.

To be fair, I didn't even know that this site had an app, I've just been going through the web browser.

But.. I want to throw something random out on the table. (maybe it will help you or someone else down the road, maybe it won't, but I'm just trying to help)

I have an Android phone, and I set my app updates to never update automatically.

So what I do is update my apps when needed.

& Then before I update my app, I look at the recent comments to see if the update broke the app in any way.

.

If people are happy in the recent comments, then I'll update the app.

If they are reporting bugs, then I'll decide if I really need to update.

If they say that things are broken, then I simply wait to update till a later date.

Again.. I understand that I'm not answering your question, but what I typed above is a general rule of thumb that I try to follow, (that hopefully helps anyone out) because unfortunately not all app updates go smoothly.

Hi AS.

Firstly thank U for answering my call & as far as I'm aware HU doesn't have an app , too have an android phone.

I have HU as a marked page that sits on my home screen. as a short cut. I don't have either a laptop or desk top computer & run my entire life on my mobile phone.

However again thanks for trying to help me. Maybe deleting it & readding it again could help but I'm hoping admin or tech support can help. U have a great weekend

It is but I find that since I'm not getting emails I pop in more often & scan posts by others to see if i have any experience that i can pass on to let others know , it's ok as U will get passed it as we all help each other in this group.
