I used to do this for years. I had my own infant room and loved it so much! I was very organized. We logged the babies feedings, diaper changes, and naps. Each kid had their own cubbies and I made sure to keep their stuff together. You'd be surprised how some people don't care about what formula, or even breast milk is given to what kid. As the kids were dropped off, I got them comfortable and unpacked their bags and set up their notebooks. It made it so much easier to start the day. Love each child and have fun with them, be silly. Sing to them, read to them. Rock them. Just love them. Parents want their children to be with someone who is going to love their children and care for them. It can be wonderful if you love kids. I got to be the first person kids walked to, spoke to, and I recorded it for parents (even though I wasn't supposed to). Once you get organized, it will run smooth as can be. One thing, find out your teacher to kid ration, and DO NOT let the director screw you. If she tries to give you more kids, you ask her for a helper.
