Yes, that wisdom is there all the time but tend to go deaf to it most of the time, I can readily empathise with other people but self-compassion is hard xx

PS My greatest teacher is my 3 year old grandson….he is such a sunny-natured wee boy and very wise for his age. His first visit to nursery was spent sitting on the sofa staring at the other children and when he had taken stock of the situation he finally joined in 10 minutes before the end…so think but don’t overthink or if you can’t beat ‘em join ‘em is the lesson I learned from this.
