Stuggling

I am diagnosed with 4 mental illnesses. 3 anxiety based. I'm struggling terribly. It would take me an essay to explain why. However, my main issue is a lack of support from those close to me. I really have no one who understands mental illness. Just venting I guess. I just wish people understood how much support matters.

Hello . It's difficult when you don't get support from the people around you . People are supportive on here . So I hope you feel free to share if you would like . Just make sure you lock your posts so people who are not members can't see them . Have you thought about joing an in person support group or a virtual one near where you live ?

Thank you. Yes. I've thought about a support group. I've done a couple online but I think I'm ready again for in person.
