such is growth.....even the head of the spanish riding school acknowledged...my horses my teachers...rightfully so....each horse each student ...teaches the teacher....both grow..the teachr grows due to the student...be someone or himself.....no horse no rider....no violin no muscian....no truck no truck driver..hence we take care of what we learn to treasure......no horse.....ho horse man.....or woman.........we dont ride them into the ground like a motorcycle......we learn to dial back and maintain them for as many years as we can...our partner.......our plane if u will..........they....are 99 percent o our performnace ....not us...we just develop them....a,ll true horsemen or women give full credit to their horses and staff...first.....not last.....

its our job to accept students as they are....and find working solutions......as they are.......not compared to any other or other standared...........ive had ooreasn terifed of horses.....four weeks later they are brushing thiem jsut fine.........not rocket science......just patienc... we all.....were beginners at some point and how would we want to be treated....made to feel stupid or accepted in a .....encouraging or relaxed non absuive environment....who cares how long it takes for soomeone to feel comfortable....tand next tot he stall fo rfour weeks...i dont care..im a senior senior senior instructor.........i .....set the pace......per my studnts needs..........when they get bored....they make the next step....i dont like being bullied so i dont allow it to my students....im right the abusive bossy instructors can go jump.....
