Hope you get answers and if it is anxiety and all it's ugliness again relax in knowing it will go away. It is hard to believe something invisible can cause us to believe we are going to die and be so uncomfortable. Gentle hugs

It's good that they did tests. These tests plus the visit with the neurosurgeon may help you get to a better place mentally. I also think Jeff1943 had a good suggestion about tranquilizers. First get the tests and neurosurgeon done and then when you have a clearer picture think about what Jeff said. As I said earlier I really think you will be OK but it may take a little time. I think you are doing the right things, though. Finding out about the chairi was important so that that can be resolved. Getting tests at the er is another good step. You are going to be OK. Sometimes getting to the bottom of medical issues (including panic attacks) is a PROCESS. It often seems to take much longer than you want it to. but it will be resolved. Try to believe that. x
