banned from cheese 🙄☹️🙄

had to ban cheese for a while as I can't just eat it normally I cut some off before the sandwhich and pop in my mouth I find I prefar cheese to sweet stuff not bothered about my weight it's the saturated fat content in it adds cholestrol to the arteries , why is cheese so addictive,and comforting maby from when we were babies it's the milk content ,🤔 what are your thoughts on cheese,please no photos or recipes or I may get cheesed off 😂

I love cheese too. I used to eat far more than I should although since I had a bad stomach a few months ago I cut back on dairy and hardly eat cheese now. And yes my stomach is better.I also love sweet stuff. I suppose everything is ok in moderation. Trouble is, I don't do moderation with cheese and sweet stuff. And latte 😁

I got ulcerative colitis from extra mature cheese too much bacteria I'm ok now

Yea I have a mild case of IBS, had to cut out lots of things. Habit is hard but we are trying. Good you are okay now. 👍

Hi yes been ok for 8 years thanks,I won't ever buy extra mature and I am trying to cut out sugar or limit that's very bad for gut health and I don't eat meat apart from a meat pie once month perhaps and pastry made with oil, best of luck with your diet and IBS 🤗

Hi. I had to get tested full panel of food allergy to get it right. Yea sugar kills good bacteria in your gut. Too many confusing diet plans but try to listen to your body, if you feel physically and mentally better, keep at it.👍 Tyvm and BOL✌️

Hi M 😁yes I got used to been without alcohol for 3 month's and certain foods with high bacteria and bad for gut seeds etc and immune system when I was heeling from ulcerative colitis, I'm cutting right down on sugary things now too I think if you don't have them you don't want more I'm tending to have rich tea biscuits now not ginger or chocolate but I bought some shortbreads other day as we're on offer lol but I rub the sugar off, I don't want diabetes, and gut problems, I won't have any cheese in for a while, had house viewer yesterday mum and son they loved the size and location but as always found fault crack ceilings I said been like it 18 years there not going anywhere used to be lorries down here but the banned them, cooler here today hope you are in Wales 🤗🐯

Yes he had looked at others and said there so small newer builds are match boxes his loss he won't get out like mine that price, I have a lady viewer tomorror it said will be cash buyer when her house sale goes through, I've emailed the MP again about instructing bus council to remove the shelter I said it's stopping my house selling and can't afford bills on 2 houses as I have moved in with mam to look after her, the MP wrote to council a couple months ago but all they said was will move if if find somewhere suitable when the bus routes get re structured but there on a budget, well they are soposed to be doing this August and completions by October, 🙄🌄sun's out I have to chop more buddhlia tree down it was taking over xx

OOH! My guilty secret, like my dad, he would sneak downstairs in the middle of the night, and eat cheese [a special section it was blue smelly stuff!] he got diabetes being overweight as well, but junior here luvs cheese, lives in his own house, but not the smelly blue vein stuff, but junior here is like his auspicious dad, overweight and has diabetes 2! Today I had my favorite indulgent Mexican pub meal… chili rellenos…chili peppers stuffed with gooey cheese and smothered with green chili. There was so much melty cheese. With jalapeño margarita. Definitely a western us thing.

I like cheese 🧀 too😁. Sometimes I take a big mushroom break off the stem, put veggies in the cap and cheese on top and heat it up.

I couldn't go without cheese! ( might have been a mouse in a former life!) I eat very little bread as I'm gluten intolerant, so I eat my cheese with grapes or apples, celery of carrot sticks, and I tend to go for ones like Emmental or Leerdammer (holey cheeses)

You have my sympathy. A while back I had to give up all dairy when the dr and I wanted to see if I was dairy intolerant. Turned out I'm not, thank goodness. More than anything, I missed the cheese!
