covid and health anxiety 😢😢

so I have tested positive for covid 🥲🥲🥲 anyone else have the sweats like a week before they tested positive for it ? I’m still positive now and I’m really clammy all the time 😓 not helping my anxiety at all in a right panic

Hi and thanks for your post. Covid-19 virus symptoms can be bad news for some people. My understanding is that we are infectious for a few days before we get symptoms. Then we have symptoms (different for everyone) for a week or so.Sweating is one way of the body telling its owner that it is working hard to get rid of the virus.

You need to replace the water lost so that the rubbish is continuously removed from your body.

If you are still concerned, call the UK government Covid-19 hotline.
