That’s good 👍

Antibiotics are for a chest infection, it's very common I take them regularly so don't worry. Just keep your chest clear as you can.

Take them regularly? Not good. Bad for everyone, not just you. who.int/news-room/fact-shee...

I know the science, I have multiple respiratory issues, I don't take them for fun.

Good to know! Maybe qualify it when suggesting people take them regularly.

I didn't say take them regularly, I said "I take them regularly" .Maybe take your passive aggressive comments somewhere else. That's the reason I don't post on here much.

I hope it's not too late for you to obtain anti viral tablets.

Anti viral tablets?

Doesn’t cure a virus. It slows it down. No idea if that is even an option here but it would be better than antibiotics which don’t even work on a virus.

(Imp.... The following home remedies work for me... But you can decide whether you wanted to try or not...). Hi

Whenever I have cough, I turn to my kitchen. I take Honey to soothe my throat. But remember after taking honey you shouldn't take anything for at least 20 min (not even water).

Also, I take mint tea with a pinch of black pepper powder or Clove powder. Be careful, If you have acidity. or else, I slowly chew a clove and take the juice.

The logic is,,, Honey coats the throat and lessens the irritation. pepper/clove powder loosens the phlegm due to their heating properties.

Hope you are doing better! It was a rough 7 days for me with back in May even after all the vaccines but eventually got better.

I've had covid 3 times the last one was the xe varient I found ibuprofen to work wonders on it because ibuprofen is alkaline and covid thrives in and creates an acidic environment

Me too it’s my sixth day of Covid and still positive . I still have headaches not as bad as before though, nausea and a tickle in my throat that makes me cough. Woke up yesterday at 5am with a panic attack thinking that my heart was going to stop beating. I was terrified and spent the morning crying.
