anxiety and panic can’t shake it.

I am looking for help with anyone who might be feeling the way I am feeling. I have suffered for many years with anxiety and depression. My anxiety and panic seem to hit me hard about once a year. I get focused on something, this time it’s my stomach. I am so fearful all of the time. I am on medication I take an antidepressant and hydroxyzine and Xanax. Nothing is helping me. I bought more self help books to read. I am currently trying to find a counselor. I can’t even go to work right now with my anxiety and panic. I feel the best when I’m at home in my room it’s the place I feel the safest. My daughters understand and are trying to help but it’s the response you’ve got to get ahold of it. I know that I just don’t know how? My physical symptoms get worse with my level of anxiety. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Just to make sure, are any of these new or had any increases/decreases lately?

No not really I was not taking the hydroxyxine as much didn’t think I needed it. I’ve only been on this for a few months. It’s just strange how it got so much worse out of the blue.
