yea ive been reading up on it and i was told it could take 2 weeks to feel any better its been less than a week i dunno i hate taking medication makes e feel like a failure thanks for the reply

Hang in there don't know if you like music but music can be like a therapy for the mind and heart I sit and listen to music with headset that blocks sound around me but I think everyone needs to talk to someone who u can physically hug too

thanks i live alone so probably no hug part of my problem probably too much time on my own to think and stress and worry but appreciate the advice
