I'm sorry for your loss. 🙁

Sorry for your lost. I’m gonna make this short , but, I wanna help you. You & I, today are having BP issue. I can’t get mine down. If was very high, I’d go to ER. I’m monitoring & trying to relax. Relax & me aren’t in the same time zone right now. So I’m getting my help from this forum . Try It. Bye ,gotta go

Take deep breaths. I’m very sorry for your loss.

I am in a similar situation, having lost my husband a year ago. All I can say is that it's not easy. It's not only the loss of the person, but the loss of what was your life, and all the day to day activities. I have also become very anxious and am not sure what the answer is. I just wanted to say that I understand.
