Hand rash UPDATE

So I just done some at home exercise and the rash appeared yet again on my hands in odd blotches! I’ll attach a picture! I’m unsure if I should be worried about this? I suffer from extreme crippling health anxiety so always do worry anyway 😩 xxx

My guess is an autoimmune reaction. Rather common.causes inflammation & soreness. Happens to me sometimes. If you’re worried, see a MD. …..safe than sorry. All I got. Bye for now

I honestly still think it's heat rash, if ypu were working out and sweating your still getting warm it could be as simple as that.

Please try not to panic it will be ok. Just call your family doctor it will give you the reassurance you need. If ypu are like me in any way my health anxiety makes me scared of what's happening but also scared of what a doctor will say. The only thing that will make you feel better tho is seeing a doctor.

I agree with stellina04 , it’s hot and I think it’s heat rash too , a reaction of your body to the extreme heat, don’t worry, have you tried running your hands under cold water?
