I have been having some really bad days and usually when that happens i would shut down go into my own darkness where ending my life would sound like the only way out.... but this time around i acted differently, i reached out, i asked for help, i didn't keep the pain or my fears to myself I TALKED. I know asking for help is not easy especially if we're in a dark place where our mind keep us prisoners and tell us we're not worth the effort or we're just bothering people THAT IS NOT TRUE. We're cared for we are loved, and remember this is a safe place we'll hold your hand and listen to whatever it is you want to say and if you don't have the words I'll sit with you in the silence until you're ready. I’m overjoyed to hear this Dani, because it’s absolutely true; you ARE dearly loved ! Not just by your family but also by us- your unseen family here. I know days are rough sometimes & oftentimes too frequently, but talking- even crying is beneficial. We all have those days. I’m so proud of you for trying something new & reaching out. Definitely wasn't easy and i was glad i did i got the support and advice i needed, the forum is full of amazing people willing to be there throughout your bad days with you.

Hey well done Danielle, that took courage. I used to suffer in silence as I was always used to as a child, but one day took the same step you have and things have been a whole lot better since. Onwards and upwards. x

You're right, reaching out and ask for help is definitely hard since im use to keeping things in but it felt better and i got the help and advice that helped greatly
