It's all true. You are a very intelligent man. I'm a pretty smart 🐬. We know what the implications are when the clinician doesn't look at the full picture. Doesn't think the heart failure patient who I gave a couple units of blood yesterday needs the X-ray I ask for. He sees the numbers... not that bad he says. Oh ya??? I spent 12 hours with this guy yesterday. Persistent 🐬... X-ray =fluid get the lasix stat. No kidding 🙄
