...hope you feel better.
Dizziness is insidious... it's probably nothing but it could be something and that room for doubt is enough to allow anxiety to build. I hate when I get dizzy, whether it's feeling dizzy because I'm nervous or getting nervous because I feel dizzy. It should be some small comfort to know that it's a common thing... but it makes it all that much more frustrating to know you may never be able to explain it. I'm the sort that loves to have answers- puzzles are great and all but I like them to be solvable. I hope it is somewhat comforting in knowing that it IS common.
So is the hot feeling (among a million little creepy sensations). It could be your body warming up from the physical workings going on during an anxiety/panic attack, it could be a rush of blood and oxygen, but it's likely not a big deal and is common.
I wish it were soothing to know this kind of thing is common, that it's "supposed" to happen but I still struggle with rationalizing these things.
