What's something that stands out for you today? It doesn't have to be huge, but I think it'd be nice if we could all take the time to appreciate something positive or something we enjoyed.
This sounds a little nerdy but I enjoyed playing a Dungeons and Dragons game online today, I have a really fun group.
Also I'm eating some really yummy muskmelon. It was advertised as cantaloupe but it is muskmelon... it's a fakealoupe!
What's going well in your day?

It's still early afternoon here but I just enjoyed a Lindt Chocolate Truffle. It's like my hug for the day and a feel good feeling.. Who knows what tonight
A good piece of chocolate is sometimes all you need! Love those Lindt truffles! I have a huge addiction to the Ferrero Rocher. I can't just have one! Haha
I usually love the off season because its so quiet. We live about 15-20 away from the beach normally and during the summer there is just way to many people to enjoy it.
Kind if like a ferry boat? Lol I have no clue what it was honestly. Haha it was like a ferry but no cars.
We took a tour of the Navel Academy & The Chesapeake.
We came to Washington D.C for the Bridgerton Experience yesterday and then we decided to stay a night in Maryland my mom loves Annapolis and the water. We left our husband's and took a 2 ladies trip haha
There were a ton of sailboats out and a few navy ships in the distance.
I do too, honestly any beautiful view I'll take it. I'm not a beach goer unless it's off season but my mom loves the ocean.
I had a really rough last 2 weeks I was really in my head with my anxiety still kind of am but we decided to go away for 2 days and just breathe. It's helpful and I'm super grateful to be able to run away for a bit 😊
I love yoga, I was going daily but I stopped for a bit because of the cost. I really miss it, I feel like it makes my day start off in a more positive way.
So glad you had such a nice moment with your kids and a relaxing time at yoga! ❤️
I feel like I follow thru better if I go to a place sadly. I would Luke to do it at home more often. I honestly need to get myself into a routine it would benefit my anxiety too I'm sure!
Anytime I struggle to follow through with anything, I force myself to do something tiny (a couple of dishes, vacuum a small area) and then go back to it. Small steps so I don't get overwhelmed. It's like cultivating a good habit, which is easier to keep up with than the pressing idea of "oh god I just HAVE to do allll this"
That's a good idea! My problem is my anxiety isn't constant so.. since I have health anxiety for me I'm only anxious when something happens like if I get sick or hurt. When I have nothing happening it's like I'm normal.
So for instance I started getting migraines in my early 20s so I had Luke a week of migraines and they sent me for an mri so I was sure I had a brain tumor. But the second I see proof that I don't I'm fine.
So when I'm fine I don't follow thru with a routine it's when I'm not dine that I'm like ok I need to try this and this... I know that part of anxiety is maintence tho. So I just struggle.
I am grateful for Bible Study with a long time friend. I am grateful for two different adults whose act of kindness yesterday was very much appreciated.
Agree. I've got my favorites and I venture off sometimes and find new ones
In the mornings they have yoga on the beach. I'm wondering if I would be brave enough to venture off and do that. It's in the full sun though. I'm not a fan of sitting in the sun. So maybe that's my excuse to stay in
Catching up with friends.. Talking to my boo😁. Listening to my fave Playlist on spotify 🎶.. And my physical health is good 😊.. I have crohn's since I was 13, I have not needed medication for years. I had 2 pseudoaneurysms found randomly.. None have come back..
Had a good morning-good mood, good attitude. Walked 10000+ steps, then decided to trip on a curb-thank goodness noone saw me. Hand busted up, arm scraped, and my right knee swelled to the size of a grapefruit. Happily it's down to a tennis ball. Feel like heck, but I'm dogsitting my little granddog this week-11 year old dachshund and just having her makes me smile So she's the highlight of my day
What did go well today was that, I have two specialists for epilepsy and NF3, and my GP, I have been f####d around by my local hospital, but found that these three had gone out of their way to help me, have been put on the list for a MRI scan thanks to them, I really appreciate that in my especially hard times at present!👍👍👍
Not really? woke up this morning, sweat bucket, lost feeling of hands and feet, slight numbness in upper chest, for an hour and a half, should be in hospital full time, but I'm a survivor! Thanks for the suggestion👍
