How do you manage your anxiety? I seem to have difficulty enjoying my daily routine due to anxiety. Some days, I could take a deep breath and it would go away, but it is the opposite on most days.

How do you manage your anxiety? I seem to have difficulty enjoying my daily routine due to anxiety. Some days, I could take a deep breath and it would go away, but it is the opposite on most days.
Welcome to the group. Having anxiety and depression are like living on a roller coaster.
I try deep breathing and distraction when it comes on. If I'm really in a bad spot and I'm at home I will do extra meditation at that time.
What things have you tried?

So sorry about the late respond. I have not tried anything to ease up my anxiety. I just kind of wait for it to go away on its own. Maybe thats why I am always anxious because it never goes away But I am going to take your advice and try the meditation route.
