Depression free life
Hi, can you give me any advice on how you managed to recover from depression? I'm desperate to get back to my old self. Thank you.
Hi, thanks for your message. Well I was diagnosed with mild depression. I'm on prozac 10 mg. Apart from that all we need is a will power to get out of bed and home. Make a routine for walk, intense workout etc. Take help from friends. And another important thing is meditation.I pray you feel better. Never give up. Life is precious. 😇
You have a good attitude and that’s so important! I have anxiety with some depression and right now even using all my tools: meditation, prayer, exercise, music, being kind to myself, etc, I am going through a rough time. I am working on making healthy friendships so I can reach out to someone and talk, but this is proving difficult. I am shy and don’t make friends easily. It’s a work in progress.
Thank you so much. As you said you are using all the fantastic tools, you will definitely feel the difference each day.Well, I also love making good friends. I am also a shy and a bit introvert person, but I guess what I have learnt is when you start sharing your joys n sorrows with someone, you feel much better.
You can talk to me if you want. Have a good one. 😊
You are so right and wise! I miss sharing my joys and sorrows with a trusted friend. It does improve one’s mood. I’d love to talk with you anytime! Thanks for responding!💕
It is partly sunny today, but chilly here in the northeast US. We are having a cool Spring. I try to get out each day though. I know the fresh air is good for mood.
I will be doing chores around the house today and maybe get a yoga routine in. I am enjoying my day so far. Have a good day at work!
You must have a tiresome job. I used to have a high energy fast paced job in the dog grooming business. I was also a hairdresser as well. I was wiped out after a long day. I am retired now and I do volunteer work to keep busy. I feel better when I have something satisfying to do. But now I pick the time and place and it’s just right.😊
Thanks for sharing your professional experiences. You are lucky as you had different professional experiences.Btw I'm a software engineer by profession. I have to sit in front of a stupid laptop/machine and talk to it the whole day lol. Well, no job is bad. It's good to keep yourself busy with something.
This is something neither of my sons will do. They like to move around at work. I once had a data entry temp job and thought it wasn’t for me on a long time basis. But that’s a necessary job these days. Take care😊
