My depression has been really bad. No amount of meds can help rid the problem. There are some many things going on in my life and at time I want to throw in the towel, but I know I cant. my kids need me and I know that I most prove to myself that I can overcome the demon. It will not win. in the last 3 yrs I have gone through a lot. I have lost my three older siblings and my parents. My family is struggling with some personal demons and I feel as if my family in falling apart at the seems.

Happiness2019, I am so sorry for all the losses you haveexperienced in the last 3 years. My sincere condolences.

Grief takes time and when you are struggling with other

issues in your life, it's not surprising that you are overwhelmed

with sadness.

Are you still with your husband? Has anything changed there?

Situational stress is difficult to deal with since we feel we have

no escape. But never give up. It's when you do that the game is over.

Until then "keep on trying", because when you are trying, it becomes

clearer in what needs to be done.

You deserve peace and happiness in your life.

Love yourself for the brave and strong person you are.

You can do this. We're here, you're not alone anymore :) xx

It is so unusual and tragic for you to have lost so many immediate family members in the last 3 years? I am not asking how you have lost so many, and you indeed have a valid reason to be struggling. Grief can be very complicated, and those we loved on this Earth and lost can't be replaced.

I really do wish I could just hug you and sit on a park bench together.... just talking, sharing, maybe crying a bit, but then hopefully stand up from that park bench feeling a bit stronger and better.💜🙇‍♀️

Sorry for all your losses. That is hard to bear. Could you do one thing for yourself that you enjoy each day?

Try daily deep breathing exercises. Try 10 minute cool shower rinse after your shower. Lowering the temperature each week. Try 40 minutes of daily cardio exercise. You got this girl !
