Help for my young adult daughter

I am a parent of a young adult with both mental and physical disabilities. I am overwhelmed with years of trying to find a doctor or treatments that actually help her. I’m concerned for her future after her parents pass. I want her to be able to function. She has OCD-severe, PCOS, Social Anxiety, Health Anxiety, depression, she’s lethargic, unable to function without me. We are in NJ. Hoping to find the right doctors and treatments to help her.

Hey, I am sure you are going to find the best doctor for your daughter. You can help her through coping techniques and through therapy sessions. Don't take medication as the first-line treatment. PCOS you might need medicine to treat that issue, but Anxiety and depression can only be the best dealt with through therapy/counseling sessions, in which she will learn about her triggers and how to control them.

Thank you. She has been to Intensive Therapy and had a good therapist for three years, but neither helped. I will never give up finding her help. It just gets overwhelming sometimes.

Thanks so much. PCOS is Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. It affects hormones. It causes pain and anxiety and missed periods.
