I am trying really hard to stick to medication as life off meds is hortible. Just wondered did anyone have a racing heart on escitalopram and then it improved? I've been on it now for 5 weeks and ever since I started it's raced constantly. Many other things have improved but this is feeding my anxiety x I know I've posted a lot before but just wondered if someone could reassure me 💓

No I’ve been on in too for about five weeks or so but at first I thought it was helping but now I’m not really sure because I still have anxiety thoughts regarding Covid. But no racing heart that I’m aware of

Funny how we are all different....I don't worry about covid at all, we are all different.....just my racing heart (which strangely enough didn't race until I started the meds!) and side effects which include increased anxiety. It has improved my concentration, not needing the loo as much and no full on panic attacks......hopefully we are going to improve, I'm positive but it nice to get feedback x wish you well my friend ❤️ thinking of you Xxxx
