Overwhelmed by emotions

Hi my supporter groub..

Today I have faced a situation I have been avoiding.. For so long.. I prayed for God Support and Guidence.. And he Never failed me...I am now full of emotions..I have overcome a meeting I dreaded for so long.. I was anxious that my anxiety will show on me when I face but God helped me stood my ground and done with it.. And just like that left it wondering I did it.. Thank God I am done..

I just wanted to share my feelings with you wonderful groub..

Hi Meera,Good for you on coping with your anticipatory anxiety. 👍 Remember to do some self care work as you come down from your anxiety.
